For the main course, enjoy succulent Lamb Chops, paired with silky eggplant kefalograviera purée, charred broccolini, bright lemon, and a deeply savory lamb jus. 

Conclude the evening with Sticky Toffee Pudding, a tahini-date cake draped in warm seven-spice toffee, balanced by tangy labneh and a refreshing sorbet.
