Zaytinya Cookbook Kick-Off in South Beach

Thank you to all who joined us to kick off the launch of José Andrés' newest cookbook, ZAYTINYA: Delicious Mediterranean Dishes from Greece, Turkey, and Lebanon at Zaytinya at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach! We celebrated with tastes of the cookbook, some of our favorite cocktails, and of course, a spit-roasted whole lamb! Catch up on some of our favorite moments below.
