Each May, restaurants around the country come together to celebrate the best of American lamb during Lamb Jam Month! Chef Michael Costa, along with 47 other chefs, have developed their perfect lamb dish to serve this month only.

At Zaytinya DC, you can enjoy Lamb Kleftico, smoked lamb shoulder wrapped in house-made phyllo and filled with feta and dill. This savory classic is made even better with a glass of Kir-Yianni Xinomavro!
