A Celebration of Summer

Summer is officially here and with it comes some of our favorite produce and seasonal ingredients. We’re celebrating the flavors of summer with Zaytinya’s first ever Summer Fest, a week-long event featuring new specials from Chef John Heineke. 

Highlights of the menu include Hommus Z'Houg, classic hommus with jalepeno, cumin, parsley and cilantro as well as Knisa Lamb Chops, grilled lamb chops with smoked yogurt tzatiki and marash chili crisp. 

Of course, you can’t have a summer celebration without a cold drink. Beverage highlights include a semi-sparkling orange wine from Loannina, Greece. Intensely aromatic and complex, this orange wine will be your new favorite sip for summer!
