Zaytinya at the Big Apple Barbecue
We’re thrilled to share that Zaytinya New York is firing up the grill for the Madison Square Park Conservancy’s Big Apple Barbecue on June 13, 2023. Concept Chef Michael Costa and Head Chef Jose Ayala will be bringing the heat with a Smoked American Lamb Shoulder, generously supported by The American Lamb Board. This Mediterranean twist on a summer classic features a rub of urfa pepper, cumin and euphrates mint, served with cucumber and honeydew melon tzatziki. Get ready to join us for a day of sizzling fun.
