Every spring, Washington, D.C. comes to life when the cherry blossoms bloom and at José Andrés Restaurants, we celebrate the arrival of the season with the National Cherry Blossom Festival’s Cherry Picks, a four-week series of limited-time cocktails, dishes, and desserts inspired by the iconic trees peak bloom.
At Zaytinya, we're toasting the blossoms with a signature cocktail and limited edition sparkling Xinomavro rosé. Plus, spiced lamb meatballs with sour cherries and a seasonal spin on a favorite dessert, our cherry blossom Greek yogurt.
