Before opening the first Zaytinya in DC, Chef José Andrés traveled to Greece to work with leading Greek food writer and journalist Aglaia Kremezi. Today, more than 15 years later, Aglaia is still a valuable friend and partner to José and the entire Zaytinya team. We’re thrilled to welcome her to Frisco for a special dinner featuring dishes from her cookbook and the fresh flavors of spring. This multi-course chef’s tasting dinner will be expertly paired with Mediterranean wines. Aglaia, along with Head Chef Jon Thompson and Zaytinya Concept Chef Michael Costa, will present each dish.
