Join Zaytinya on Wednesday, January 30th for an intimate dinner and conversation with Aglaia Kremezi, leading Greek food writer, journalist and Zaytinya's chef partner. The evening will highlight dishes from Aglaia’s cookbook “The Foods of Greece.” Aglaia's cookbook will be available for purchase during the event with recipes of the dishes featured on the menu.
You can also join Zaytinya on Friday, February 1st for an interactive cooking class with Aglaia Kremezi. During the class, Aglaia will share her tips and trick for cooking authentic greek dishes.
