Zaytinya Welcomes Jamison Farm for a Special Lamb + Truffle Dinner

Zaytinya Concept Chef, Michael Costa, is thrilled to welcome his friends from Jamison Farm in Pennsylvania for a one-of-a-kind dinner in celebration of their new book, Coyotes in the Pasture & Wolves at the Door. Sukey and John Jamison have been producing the country's best lamb for more than four decades. While you can always find their product on the Zaytinya menu, this special evening will feature a five-course dinner featuring delicious Jamison lamb paired withe exquisite Mediterranean wines. Sukey and John will also be presenting each course and have their books available to purchase. Plus, as this dinner falls during José Andrés Restaurants' Truffle Festival, you can expect some of these delicious delicacies sprinkled throughout the menu.
