For one night only, Zaytinya is thrilled to have George Gavalas of Santorini's award-winning winery, Gavalas, in town for an intimate wine dinner. George will present his family's unique wines that have been expertly paired with a special menu from Zaytinya Concept Chef Michael Costa.
