The Zaytinya Winter Restaurant Week Dinner for Four feast includes guest favorite mezze, including three spreads, seasonal Smoked Beet Salata, signature Crispy Brussels Afelia, plus Greek Yogurt with Apricots and Turkish Coffee Chocolate Cake to share for dessert. The aptly named Celebration Rice is the star of the night, a rich basmati rice pilaf surrounding a 7-spice braised lamb shank and garnished with pistachios, barberries, almonds, dried cherries and herbs.
