Zaytinya’s New Year’s Eve lively celebration will feature party favors and DJ Lil Deville counting down to midnight to get guests energized and dancing into the New Year. Reservations are available to enjoy our regular dinner menu in addition to six unique specials designed just for this evening. We will also offer a special pre-fixe chef’s tasting menu featuring the New Year’s Eve specials in addition to our most popular mezzes ($85 per person).

Reservations staying at midnight will enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for midnight toasting and party favors. A credit card authorization is required to confirm reservations.

All reservations must have a credit card on file. A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellation fee is $100 fee per party.

An Exceptional Culinary Experience

On this night only, Zaytinya head chef, Michael Costa, will be cooking an entire six-year-old sheep from Painted Hand Farm in Newburg, PA. This is a very special and extremely rare product that Chef Costa is thrilled to share with our guests. The Royal White/Tunis cross-breed sheep was 141 pounds, and it will be dry aged for three weeks to reach its peak flavor and texture.

Chef Costa has created a special tasting menu that will incorporate the entire sheep so you may savor the unique and incomparable meat. Each dish will be paired with wine selected by Master Sommelier Andy Myers. The dinner will be intimate in order for each guest to enjoy the full sheep experience.

As you know, Hurricane Harvey has caused unfathomable damage to Texas and the Gulf Coast, and there is much to be done. José built our company on the core mission to change the world through the power of food, and is setting up a kitchen in Houston, Texas with World Central Kitchen’s Chef Network to help feed those displaced by Hurricane Harvey, as well as other volunteers on the ground.

You can donate to World Central Kitchen directly here. All donations taken through World Central Kitchen will be used to provide food, water, serving equipment, ground transportation and chef-prepared meals to the victims of the flood.
