Zaytinya’s goal is to transport our guests through food, wine and ambience to the countries of Greece, Turkey and Lebanon. We feel the best way to help achieve this goal is to remain true to the wines of these Mediterranean countries. Zaytinya’s wine list represents the many styles of wine from the diverse range of cultures, climates, and terrains found in the Eastern Mediterranean. and perfectly compliment our vast selection of mezze. 

Grape varietals are the primary classification used in our list to help in your wine selection.  Our wine list showcases some of the best and rarest offerings from these countries, all relatively new comers in the modern wine making world.  On our list you will find such unique varietals as Assyrtiko, Moschofilero, Xinomavro, Agiorgitiko, Narince, and Kalecik Karasi, but you will also find more familiar international varietals such as Chardonnay, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each section has with it a brief overview of the general characteristics of the grape or region associated with the wines in that section.
